Ashapura’s manufacturing process of bentonite is processed under careful supervisionand rigorous measures are been adopted by the quality control department and systems to ensure that the products meet the global quality norms and industry standards .Ashapura’s quality labs which are based at its manufacturing facilities are fully equipped to test all possible parameters and at the same time keep control on the manufacturing process.

Ashapura’s factories and offices meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 quality standard and also licensed to use the API monogram labeling on its API bentonite products.

Ashapura has its R & D center based in Mumbai which does fundamental studies of bentonite and other minerals. The R & D center is equipped with all the latest technologies &equipment and backed by a team of scientists who are dedicated and strive for continuous product innovations and improvements
